Pursuant to European Regulation no. 679 of 2016 (the “Privacy Regulation”), SanMartinoDentalCenter S.r.l., with registered office in 37036 San Martino Buon Albergo, Via Ponte 12, C.F./P.IVA 04485450235, as Data Controller (hereinafter, the “Owner”), intends to inform you that your personal data will be processed to manage your request to be contacted to receive information on the services offered by the Owner and/or book an appointment.

Through the "Contacts" area and the instant messaging button, WhatsApp will be able to describe your requests for information or needs, but we ask you not to indicate data defined by the Privacy Regulation as particular data (e.g. that you refer to your state of health, religious orientation, etc.).

The legal basis of the processing is the execution of a service pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Privacy Regulation and, therefore, no express consent will be necessary on your part to be able to manage your request.

The data you provide will be processed mainly with paper and/or IT tools under the authority of the Data Controller, by subjects specifically authorized and trained in processing (pursuant to art. 2- quaterdecies of the Privacy Code and articles 28 and 29 of the Privacy Regulation). We inform you that suitable safety measures are observed, also pursuant to articles. 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation, to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The data may be communicated, within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Regulation, to the following subjects: to public bodies and/or authorities, where this is required by law or on them request; to the structures, subjects and external companies used by the Data Controller to carry out activities connected, instrumental or consequent to the execution of the "Contacts" and instant messaging service through WhatsApp; to external consultants, unless designated in writing as Data Controllers. The updated list of designated data controllers can be provided upon request by interested parties.

Without prejudice to legal obligations, your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to your request for information.

At any time you can exercise the rights referred to in the articles. 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation, for access, rectification, transformation, blocking, cancellation, limitation of processing, in the manner and within the limits established by the art. 12 of the Privacy Regulation.
